Proposal for Cinekid Festival

A playful educational game for children, fostering awareness of bee swarm behaviors and encouraging collaboration and community spirit.

Handcrafted wooden and metal cells serve as large push buttons, responding with light and sound. The goal of the game is to synchronize button presses through movement-only communication.

Taking inspiration from the unique bees’ waggle dance, the game encourages collaboration while also teaching appreciation for nature. Players tune into each other's unique body language, growing awareness of their immediate environment. With time, the group of players develops its own way of communication, embodying the process of complexity emergence.
